7.1 Certain Payments by Lessor. Except to the extent that other provisions of this Lease (including Section 7.2) expressly require Lessee to bear, pay and be responsible for any of the following, Lessor shall be obligated to bear, pay and be responsible for (a) subject to the Stadium Equipment Availability Amount limitations set forth in Section 7.6 with respect to Stadium Equipment Expenses, all Capital Project Expenses, (b) all Lessor Voluntary Improvement Expenses, (c) all Casualty Expenses, (d) all Condemnation Expenses, (e) all Lessor Parking Expenses and (f) Lessor's Share of Improved Item Expenses.
