7.2 Certain Payments by Lessee. Lessee shall be obligated to bear, pay and be responsible for (a) all Operating Expenses, (b) all Special Capital Project Expenses, (c) all Lessee Voluntary Improvement Expenses, (d) Lessee's Share of Improved Item Expenses, and (e) Stadium Equipment Expenses that are, subject to the provisions of Section 7.6, to be borne by Lessee pursuant to Section 7.6.
