7.7 Miscellaneous Expenses. This Lease contains a number of provisions that explicitly allocate the cost of certain items to Lessor or Lessee, as applicable, such as the cost of insurance maintained under Article 14, the cost to repair damage to the Playing Field under Section 3.2(i) and the cost to purchase a protective covering under Section 3.2(c). Sections 7.1 and 7.2 are not intended to reallocate such explicitly allocated costs.
